Exit Builder (https://exit-builder.com) is operated by QParticle LLC, doing business as Livmo ("Livmo," "we," "us"), located in San Diego, California, United States. By using this website, requesting a checklist, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The checklists and the free call
Exit Builder offers free SaaS checklists by ARR (annual recurring revenue) stage, plus a Master Checklist. Founders who select an ARR stage of $500K or more may be offered a free 30-minute call with Khaled Azar. We decide eligibility for the call from the information you submit. We do not guarantee eligibility, an appointment, or continued availability of the checklists or the call.
3. No professional advice or formal valuation
The website, the checklists, and the call are informational only. They:
- Do not constitute a formal business valuation
- Do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or brokerage advice
- Do not constitute an offer to purchase, sell, or broker a business
- Do not guarantee a sale, buyer, valuation, exit value, or any business outcome
- Should not replace advice from your own qualified professional advisers
4. Your responsibilities
To use this website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Have authority to submit information concerning the business
- Not submit unlawful information or information you are not authorized to disclose
- Not misuse, interfere with, copy, scrape, or damage the website

The website, checklists, copy, branding, and related materials belong to Livmo or its licensors. You may use the checklists for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse them without permission.

The website uses or links to third-party services, such as Calendly and HubSpot. We do not control every aspect of those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, checklists, and call are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Livmo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, the checklists, or the call.
