By using this website or starting the exit assessment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The Exit Builder assessment
Exit Builder offers a free, personalized exit assessment for eligible SaaS owners. Eligibility is determined from the information you submit. Eligible respondents may be offered a 30-minute call during which an exit expert reviews their answers and provides the personalized assessment. We do not guarantee eligibility, an appointment, or continued availability of the assessment.
3. No professional advice or formal valuation
The website and the assessment are informational only. They:
- Do not constitute a formal business valuation
- Do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or brokerage advice
- Do not constitute an offer to purchase, sell, or broker a business
- Do not guarantee a sale, buyer, valuation, exit value, or any business outcome
- Should not replace advice from your own qualified professional advisers
4. Your responsibilities
To use this website and the assessment, you must:

- Provide accurate information
- Have authority to submit information concerning the business
