1. Who operates Exit Builder
Exit Builder (https://exit-builder.com) is operated by QParticle LLC, doing business as Livmo ("Livmo," "we," "us"), located in San Diego, California, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@exit-builder.com.
2. Information we collect
When you request a checklist or book a call, we collect:
- Your first name and email address
- The ARR (annual recurring revenue) stage you select
- Appointment details you give Calendly when you book a call
When you visit the website, we also collect:
- IP address, browser and device information, and the referring page
- The page you first landed on and UTM campaign parameters
- Meta campaign, ad set, ad, click, and browser identifiers where available
- Website activity, such as page views, form steps, downloads, and bookings
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Send you the checklist for your ARR stage and the Master Checklist
- Decide whether to offer you a free call, based on your ARR stage
- Prefill your name and email in the booking calendar
- Send you occasional emails from Khaled about building a more valuable SaaS company (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Store and organize requests in our CRM
- Measure website, funnel, and advertising performance
- Operate and secure the website and prevent fraud or misuse
- Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations
4. Cookies and browser storage
- Result-page cookie. After you submit the form, we store an encrypted cookie that holds your first name, email, and ARR stage. It lets the result page greet you and show the right download without putting your details in the page address. It expires after 14 days.
- Landing page. Your browser's session storage keeps the first page you landed on, so we can attribute your request to the ad or campaign that brought you.
- Meta Pixel. Meta sets its own cookies to measure ads (see Section 6).
- PostHog. PostHog may store an anonymous identifier in your browser (see Section 7).
5. Service providers and data sharing
These service providers process your information to help us run Exit Builder:
- HubSpot: CRM storage and checklist email delivery
- Calendly: call scheduling. Calendly receives your name and email to prefill the booking form.
- Meta: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (see Section 6)
- PostHog: anonymous website analytics and masked session replays (see Section 7)
- Vercel: website hosting
- Email and other technical providers
- Professional advisers or authorities, when legally necessary
We do not sell personal information for money. Service providers and Meta receive only the information this policy describes.
6. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta technologies for advertising measurement, matching, reporting, and delivery. We send Meta these events:
- PageView: when you view a page.
- Lead: only when you request a checklist for an ARR stage of $500K or more. Your browser sends this event, and our server sends it again through the Conversions API. The server event includes your email and first name in hashed (one-way encoded) form, your IP address, your browser user agent, Meta browser identifiers, and the ARR stage you selected. Because we send this event only for stages of $500K or more, Meta can infer that your company is in that range.
- Schedule: when you book a call.
If you select a stage under $500K, we do not send a Lead event, and your name, email, and stage do not go to Meta.
You can manage how Meta uses your data at Meta Ad Preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising in the US at optout.aboutads.info.
7. Website analytics
We use PostHog to see how visitors move through the website: page views, form steps, downloads, and bookings. These events do not include your name, email, or ARR stage.
We also record about 1 in 4 visits as a session replay: a reconstruction of the page, scrolling, and clicks that helps us find confusing parts of the website. Before a replay leaves your browser, we remove:
- Everything you type into a form field, including your first name and email
- Your first name and email where a result page shows them
- The Calendly booking calendar
A replay can show which ARR stage you select. Replays do not record console logs or network requests. PostHog keeps replays for 30 days.
8. Communications
When you request a checklist, we email it to you. We may also send you occasional emails from Khaled about building a more valuable SaaS company and about our services. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not send promotional SMS or automated promotional calls.
9. Retention
We generally keep checklist requests from non-clients for up to 36 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. We may keep client and appointment records longer where reasonably necessary.
10. Your privacy choices
Email us at privacy@exit-builder.com to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request correction of your information
- Request deletion, subject to legitimate legal and operational exceptions
- Opt out of promotional communication
This website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
This website is intended for business users aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy is effective as of October 22, 2026. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
