2. Information we collect
When you use this website or complete the exit assessment, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- Company and business information, including business category
- Annual-profit range
- Your ownership or decision-making role
- Exit goals, desired timing, business obstacles, and other assessment answers
- Your eligibility or qualification result
- Appointment and scheduling information
- IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and website activity
- Cookies and similar identifiers
- UTM campaign attribution
- Meta campaign, ad-set, ad, click, and browser identifiers where available
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Process and review your assessment and determine eligibility
- Personalize your assessment call
- Schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Contact you about the assessment you requested
- Send you follow-up emails about your exit options and related services (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Store and organize submissions
- Operate and secure the website and prevent fraud or misuse
- Measure website, funnel, and advertising performance
- Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations
4. Service providers and data sharing
Your information may be processed by service providers that help us run Exit Builder:
- ROAS Forms — assessment collection and routing
- HubSpot — CRM storage and operational follow-up
- Calendly — scheduling
- Meta — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (see Section 5)
- Website hosting, email, analytics, and technical providers
- Professional advisers or authorities, when legally necessary
We do not sell personal information for money. Service providers and Meta receive limited information as described in this policy.
5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta technologies for advertising measurement, matching, reporting, and delivery. The events we intend to send Meta are: PageView, Qualified Lead, and Confirmed Schedule, along with associated technical or matching identifiers where configured.
We do not intend to send Meta your annual profit, revenue, desired exit value, detailed assessment answers, qualification score, or explicit qualification status.
You can manage how Meta uses your data at Meta Ad Preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising in the US at optout.aboutads.info.
6. Communications
We use your contact information for assessment-related communication, scheduling, reminders, and direct follow-up concerning the assessment you requested. After you submit the assessment, we may also send you email about your exit options and related services; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not send promotional SMS or automated promotional calls.
7. Retention
Non-client assessment submissions are generally retained for up to 36 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Client and appointment records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
8. Your privacy choices
Email us at privacy@exit-builder.com to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Request correction of your information
- Request deletion, subject to legitimate legal and operational exceptions
- Opt out of promotional communication
This website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is intended for business users aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy is effective as of September 16, 2026. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
